If you are planning to be at camp this summer, every memeber of your group must sign a form and return them to Mary and Ned Mitchell (P.O. Box 992 Groton, MA 01450) before coming to camp. If you are bringing a friend of the family, they, too, have to sign a form. Anyone under 18 years of age, family or not, has to have a parent/guardian sign a form.
